Crate hire

For the run of the hang.

A hired crate goes out with the work and comes back to HaNamal 21 when the show comes down. We do not name lenders here.

What hire is

The crate is ours. The run is yours.

Hire is for a dated hang — install, the open weeks, de-install. The cavity is still cut to the object. When the hang ends, the case returns to the waterfront.

We reply with a packing note. Dates, millimetres, glazing. This is not a price on the page.

The run

Out, hang, home.

Five beats, same as the bench sequence, timed to a show.

Before timber

Packing note

Object size, glazing, travel or storage, open and close dates. We reply before the cavity is cut.

HaNamal 21

Pack

Glassine, foam, travelling frame if the work is glazed and touring. Lid seated with your reference.

The room

Hang

The crate stays with the registrar or comes back empty until de-install. Say which, on the note.

Same cavity

De-install

The work goes back into the pocket that was cut for it. We do not re-cut a hired crate mid-run unless the object changed.

Waterfront

Return

Back to HaNamal 21. Sunday–Thursday 07:30–16:30. Friday until noon.

What we will not write

No lender list on this site.

The photographs are of this bench. A hired crate is a job file, not a credit line.

01 Can a crate tour two venues?

Say so on the note. Travel duty, glazing, and both dates. We will say if one cavity still serves.

02 Who unloads?

Your hang crew, unless the note says we are on the dock. Call 04-851-6620 before a Saturday — we are closed.

03 What if the work is still wet?

Do not send it. A skin that is still soft does not go in foam. Call the desk first.
